From time to time, we all like to take a little gesture along to friends and family when we are 'calling in'. Prepare a brief list in your profile under the 'visit' section of My Profile any little goodies you would love to receive ad hoc. Mine has to be chocolate cake!

Likewise, if you are going visiting yourself then add any 'special requirements' that you prefer to have. For example 'a hard bed' if you are staying over, or maybe 'not keen on dogs' if you are visiting a friend you know has dogs that jump all over you.
